Every week for 10 weeks, you'll meet with us and up to 19 other high-achieving peers looking to substantially increase their personal training business within their club. Via phone, we’ll spend 60-90 minutes per week going in depth into one step of the AEFG Personal Training Business System Boot Camp Intensive™ per week, give you assignments and worksheets, review your progress, keep you moving forward, give you next-steps to tackle and adjust your plans, if necessary. We'll coach and guide you to take the exact steps you need to succeed. You can also ask us questions and get advice on your marketing and/or business decisions. That’s 15 hours of time on the phone with us coaching you. (A $7,500 value.)
You will be assigned a coaching success buddy to speak with once a week, a peer of yours from the Boot Camp. We recommend that you spend one hour speaking to each other each week, but some past participants chose to speak more than once a week for added results. Many of them found this to be one of their favorite parts of the Boot Camp and loved being paired with a like-minded individual, to keep moving forward on the assignments each week, brainstorming and giving each other feedback. (A $1,200 value.)
In addition to your weekly Group Mentoring calls and your weekly Coaching Success Buddy calls, you’ll have access to all the other peers in your Boot Camp via a collaborative online forum. Using your group of peers, you’ll get even more feedback, accountability, brainstorming and resources. You are encouraged to send your completed assignments to the group, and ask questions as often as you like, get guidance and support. Trust us, there's nothing like a fast-paced class and a group of peers to get your butt in gear, keep you accountable, and stay disciplined to create results! Each Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Eastern, you have permission to call us and ask us anything you want about your assignments, marketing materials, or anything that you need help with to attract more clients. Anything. The only thing we ask is that you keep the calls to 10 minutes so that we have time to be able to help everyone. (A $1,250 value.)
You’ll be given a Weekly Progress Form to fill out and send to us the day before each and every coaching call. You can save this in your files and fill in the answers throughout the week or the day before our Boot Camp call to help you track your progress, and improve the efficiency of our time together. It will serve as a road map for our work that day. The more you tell us what you want to work on with this form, the more we will be able to help you. It works. (A $10 value.)
If, for whatever reason, you aren’t able to make a particular class, no worries, you'll be able to listen to the recording of it on the website as many times as you like. We record each and every one of the 10 classes, and post it on the website, sometimes within minutes of the call, but usually within 24-hours. This way, you will never miss any information, but it also give you access to the material as often as you like. (A $695 value.)
