ePersonal Trainer Source: Hire Us We are pleased to offer you highly trained and certified Personal Trainers to provide your fitness center’s membership base with this in-demand service and create additional retention with having the ability to offer additional services at your fitness center. We provide personal trainers who have received hands-on training and are certified through our organization or another nationally recognized certification body. All candidates have specialized knowledge, skill and know-how in the area of business development and human-performance, are available for full-time or part-time positions, and can be hired on as independent contractors or employees of your fitness center. Here’s how it works: Step 1: You fill out our application Step 2: Alter Ego Fitness Group personally recruits/develops/certifies personal trainer(s) to your fitness center (2-6 weeks) Step 3: Alter Ego offers Support and Assistance throughout the process. Step 4: Three-Month Replacement Guarantee & Protection Program Step 5: Placement Fee made Step 6: Alter Ego makes placement of the candidates into your fitness center, ready to prospect, sell and train clients. Fees and Rates:
A required minimum of 3 personal trainers for fitness centers 35 miles outside any metropolitan area. Please be advised that our agency does not negotiate or justify the fees. Our placement fee must be paid in full prior to the personal trainer’s start date. Included in our fee is a Three-month Replacement Guarantee period, Protection Program, profile matching, professional consultation, personal support and the Alter Ego Personal Training System - Basic. We are not responsible for wages to the employee or for any liability that may result from this employment. Taxes, insurance and benefits are the sole responsibility of the employer (or the personal trainer in the case of the independent contracted hiring). We accept checks or money orders and credit cards
