Many programs fail in the fitness industry due to the non-compliance of the staff. Assistance in Recruiting & Hiring of Personal Trainers and/or Manager(s)

Our Training Specialist will assist in the recruiting efforts, by using our proven methods to fill the applicant pool for personal trainers. At AEFG, with 15 years of experience we have fine tuned our approach to recruiting and hiring personal trainers, as well as, personal training managers. We often find ourselves looking to develop fresh talent who possess the energy, charisma and attitude, and develop them with our proven skill-set training protocols rather than inheriting another club's mediocre personal trainer who is not willing to do what it takes to create a dynamic atmosphere within your club. Our methods have allowed us to build a staff of personal trainers quickly, which allow us to further spend our efforts in developing them further.

Up to 4 Weeks of Complete On-Site Implementation and Staff Training

Upon arrival at your club, our Training Specialist will conduct training for both current and new personal trainers as well as the manager. The curriculum will be provided in the form of reference materials, discussion and hands-on application of skill-set training protocol, including but not limited to generating leads, performing the sales presentation and creating workouts and relationships that keep your clients coming back for more. The training for the personal trainers is approximately 15-20 hours, scheduled over 1 to 2 weeks. The manager will also participate in the personal training skill-set development , as well as, a separate break-out of manager skill-set development. The manager will learn all the necessary information by reviewing with and watching the Training Specialist perform these job duties and implementing and applying what they learned, while being observed with behavior modification added instantaneously by the Training Specialist to ensure quick results and adherence to the program.

    Weekly One-on-One Conference Calls with Manager

    The goal of the Training Specialist is to develop a strong relationship with the manager, beginning with a structured weekly one-on-one conference call. During their weekly call, they will discuss the monthly personal training budget that has been set; how much revenue the personal training department has brought in and their projected revenues; how many personal trainer recruits they have in the candidate pool versus their monthly hire goal; and discuss any challenges or achievements that have presented themselves. These are like coaching calls, with continued feedback, critique and praise for a total support package.

    GUIDANCE: Personal Training Rates/Pricing, Personal Trainer & Manager Compensation and Program Offerings

    Your new Training Specialist will guide you strategically to the pricing model for personal training rates that best meets the needs of your demographics, membership base and you, the marketer. The Training Specialist will also guide and inform you as to how a personal trainer is promoted to a new level using a structured system of levels and qualifications for each level, thereby increasing the personal trainer's rates, motivation and earnings, while increasing your profit. How much you charge for personal training, the value at which is perceived with your new personal training service, what you pay your personal trainers all starts at how much the club wants to earn. Learn from the Training Specialist how much to charge your members and the rate at which to pay personal trainers based on the net income you desire. Bonus structures for top production trainers and the manager are carefully examined as well, to ensure benchmarks are exceeded without lowering the net profit dollars. Finally, your Training Specialist will help you decide what personal training programs to offer and when to offer them based on demographics, membership base and income levels.

    Workout Relationship Management (WRM) Software: Software Set-up & Tutorial

    The Training Specialist will transition all current clients into the WRM along with loading personal training rates, compensation, users, logo and other data. The Training Specialist will then conduct a formal tutorial for all staff users - from admin user to manager user to trainer user. The personal trainers will also be shown the clients functionalities in order for them to instruct their clients on the redemption process of sessions and scheduling.
